Data Integration Specialist
Columbia Reach – Chiawana Orchards, a leading apple growing and packing company located in Yakima, Washington, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Data Integration Specialist. This position will play a vital role in ensuring data consistency by working with various databases, APIs, and Business Intelligence tools to integrate and model data effectively.
Responsibilities:
· Work with different teams to understand data requirements and sources.
· Work with multiple database systems including Oracle and utilizing SQL to extract, transform, and convert data.
· Integrate data from SOAP/RESTful APIs
· Utilize BI tools such as Microsoft Power BI to develop insightful and actionable reports.
· Perform data manipulation and modeling to enhance data consistency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR equivalent work experience.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in data integration; 4 or more years preferred.
· Strong proficiency in Oracle, SQL, and a working knowledge of other databases.
· Experience with SOAP APIs for data retrieval and integration.
· Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools, with a focus on Microsoft Power BI
